Mary pushed hard last week and completed the following workout:
Run 400 meters
60 Wall-ball shots, 20 pound ball
30 Handstand push-ups
Run 400 meters
40 Wall-ball shots, 20 pound ball
20 Handstand push-ups
Run 400 meters
30 Wall-ball shots, 20 pound ball
15 Handstand push-ups
Run 400 meters
She scaled down to 12lb ball for the 20lb ball and overhead press for of handstand pushups.

Even scaled back this is a VERY challenging workout. Excellent work Mary!
