We are moving onwards and upwards,we now have a bench and for me that means that the circle is now completed. I can now focus on developing completely. I have gone to various health clubs through the years and I thought that I was learning about strength training,but I was really learning nothing! In this stage of my life I'm now really beginning to really learn and that is because of crossfit's training methods. I am no longer training blindly anymore, strength training now makes sense and I'm not hurting myself with needless injuries because of unsafe training techniques. I'm amazed that more people are not injured because of personal trainers who don't have a clue,these trainers need to be trained by experienced crossfit trainers. I don't trust any trainers! Only crossfit trainers!!! I've been around the block as far as trainers go and at age 54 I'm in the best condition of my life because of crossfit. When you know it all you know nothing, when you admit that you know nothing, that is when you are on your way to learning something, like Bruce Lee the martial artist we don't want to be part of the classical mess. Crossfit forever!

Sumo Deadlift:
Select Body weight for the bar.
10 sets of 10 mixed with;
Kettle Bell High Pull:(72lbs.)10 sets of 20.

Go back and fourth trying to complete all 300 repetitions as fast as possible. No more than 20 sec. breaks. Watch your form!

For a repsonse to Brady's statement. I am a personal trainer and I have never come across any of my client to sustain an injury, and as knowledge of fitness goes I was doing workouts in the same degree of intensity and precision as crossfit before I started following crossfit, but why slander people that are trying to better people that are out of shape and need someone to motivate them. Maybe where you come from trainers are pretty boys but not all trainers think in the "health club fitness" standard.
