CrossFit isn't for everyone. It is very challenging, can be humbling, requires a regular commitment to improve, and requires a willingness to work on your fitness weak spots. These important factors, the mindset of a successful trainee, usually need to be in place before coming to a CrossFit training facility - but when in place that individual is on a steady, effective path to improving their health for years to come.

  • You may have to buy new clothes after a few months
  • Some people are very uncomfortable being humbled by challenging workouts
  • People think you've joined a cult given your new enthusiasm for fitness
