Bodyweight: Fat vs Muscle
If you're already in decent shape it's not uncommon for bodyweight to stay the same or creep upwards while doing CrossFit -- because of muscle gain or simultaneous fat loss and muscle gain. We've all heard that fat weighs more than muscle, but it's also much larger. Shrinking waist while getting heavier? Yes, it can happen, and it's a wonderful thing.
