You can help build the CrossFit name in the Cleveland area -- if you have a Level 1 (or more) CrossFit certification and are interested in holding your own training sessions, let me know. In exchange for holding a few classes here each week you will get free 24/7 access to Cleveland CrossFit. You may choose to hold a general CrossFit workout-of-the-day class or design your own focused classes, kettlebells, CrossFit kids, or CrossFit seniors for example.
CrossFit is offering a Level 1 certification in
Baltimore April 26 & 27. If you are interested sign up soon because their certifications often sell out months in advance and they offer very few on the East Coast. I've been to two certifications and am scheduled for a third in March. The knowledge to be found in the people there is incredible and the cert is worth every penny!
